Anyone who lives in NY or plans on making a trip out there someday to see all the FOTC filming hotspots might find this handy...

Interesting Buildings (etc.) Tour

I found it googling...tons of the sites from season 1 and the regular sites that will be in season 2!

My friends & I used that map when we did our own What Goes On Walking Locations Tour in July. They are a bit boring but some pix are here: http://flickr.com/photos/shebearess/sets/72157606133486265/

We also went into this bar, Fontana's, where the beginning of The Actor was filmed.

and left this sign in front of Murray's
[image]

and this is totally silly but I went to the area twice and both times these cats were there, near Bret & Jem's apartment so I named them. The ginger cat is obviously Murray, the stripey one is Bret coz Bret likes stripey shirts and the other one is Jemaine coz he has a perky tail. ;)

Ahh the no dumping sign. One day I'll recreate scenes in those places. Maybe for a photography project.. course I'd have to save up to go overseas first.

I assumed that sign was added on the show for effect. I laughed pretty hard when I saw it. We got a bit geeky on break up corner pretending to be crying but not crying & all that.

;D The most important thing to know about the U.S. is that it's huge. And southern California is evil ... that's the second most important thing to know. :P
