Buying tickets today felt like a dream. I have a real love/hate relationship with the way the boys just spring a bunch of unexpected shows on us at the last minute. #wah#

Ugh, YES! It wasn't easy. At all. #sadno#

I always anticipate chaos just because of the short notice but oh my god. #fit# That was the worst experience I've had buying tickets ever! #lol#

So glad it seems to have worked out for everyone so far though. We perservered! #haha#

Hooray for ticket acquisition!!!!

Like Caitlin said, we managed to grab several tickets - they're all over the orchestra section, but at least we're going!

omg - SAME. And I've purchased many a ticket via ticketmaster. The system was more frustrating and much slower than usual. I was pleasantly surprised that we found *any* tickets that were relatively close to the stage.

Anyway - huzzah!!!

Now I gotta a problem, Live Nation only allows the owner of the credit card to get the tickets at will call for international clients, I wanted to use my grandma's card because I don't have one. How can I do this?

I'm in Canada and that was the only option I had. Not sure how else you can do it unless your grandma lets you take her card but then I'm not sure if they will need ID as well. :(

There are three, I'd call them 'warm-up' shows in New York before the Conchords hit the road with the Oddball C&C Festival. August 17, 18, 19 at The McKittrick Hotel.

I'm guessing they're both in NYC. Bret definitely is.

Ahh, it was so good!! They did a lot of new stuff, including: Let's F on the Ceiling, The Summer of 1353, Father and Son, and Back on the Road. It was awesome to be able to hear the new stuff live! The did some classics too, of course: Hurt Feelings, Hiphopopotamus vs. Rhymenocerus, Sally, and The Most Beautiful Girl in the Room. #cheer#

Security was so crazy that I couldn't even try to snap a blurry picture from my seat!

I would have given anything to have been able to meet them, though! I reallly hope they'll be touring again sometime in the near future? They played for an hour, which was great, but I'm greedy #excited#
