I still can't believe I was listening to that in REAL time! Ahhhhhhhh!!

thanks ami!!

steph, in response to the videos you posted:

1) i remember in the middle of business time thinking "RAWR to you too jemaine!!"

2) while albi is a good song, it's never been one of my faves...but for some reason, hearing it at the show absolutely cracked me up!!!

3) that banter audio was the intro before think about it--it's partially the save the whales bit, and partially talking about bret's imaginary children.....i think maybe bret effed up part of the joke when he talks about the father dying by lettuce (either that, or it was fresh material that bret made up on the spot), and the son surviving.....they roll with it, but you can hear jem laughing, and you could see him laughing at bret (bret also semi-laughing) at the show and trying to go with it!! it was pretty funny!!

not sure if you know this, but those vids from youtube that steph posted aren't mine...mine are back on like page 3 or something, they're links to my photobucket

to answer your question, security wasn't too bad where i was at, no one standing real close to me....and when i got caught he only asked me to stop, didn't try to take my camera or anything

Yes. Though I sincerely hope that next time they tour I don't have to jump through quite as many hoops to see them. Not that I'm not happy to do it, but I'm still exhausted and a bit sick from the whole thing.

Ummm, I'm not really sure what to say that hasn't already been covered. I had a blast. I was in the Mezzanine, so I was pretty far back but I had a totally unobstructed view of the guys so that was nice. I was thrilled that they played the Bus Driver's Song. Bummed that they didn't play Bret, You've Got it Goin' On or Boom.

Yeah, I met him but I didn't really say anything to him. Just asked him to sign my CD and thanked him when he handed it back to me. Nothing more exciting than that. Sorry.

Sweet!! Yeah I was soooo happy they played bus drivers song! I got to hear it over the phone and I freaked out! It's my favorite song!

It's still really cool that you got to meet him....I doubt I will be able to utter any words to him at all...I'll probably just hand it to him and smile and blush like the big loser that I am lol.
