OUCH, it looks like Jemaine had a wardrobe malfunction in these shots. Lets hope that that safety pin didn't do any damage to the sugalumps. Any details on this, anyone?

Based on previous shows, I think it's a match. [image]

Oops, sorry, my bad. Can you give me the scoop or lead me to the thread with the match explanation. Thanks, gezyka!

No worries! I can't remember if someone said anything about it, but actions speak louder than words: click! [image] (be sure to watch the video :D)

...we went to see the Flight of the Conchords play the Hammersmith Apollo, and god damn, it was awesome! If you ever get the chance to see them, you should move heaven and EARTH to do it. Those guys are truly so ridiculously talented, and hilarious, and it was such a treat to see them play live. Even though they are playing songs you already know so well, they somehow still make them fresh and funny, and underneath all the silly they are both great musicians. They had the entire New Zealand Symphony Orchestra with them, aka, one guy called Nigel who played cello, because the NZSO had had some "budget cuts recently". They grooved with the audience, Bret stole some woman's camera to take pics of his and Jemaine's "sugar lumps", and they revealed some impressive skin tight Bowie style lycra outfits. I truly had a great time, and I'd say it was one of the best live shows I've seen considering how low key and down to earth it is. No flashy effects, just two guys with their guitars, telling random stories, making us laugh, and singing some crazy tunes. Totally awesome, and I'm so glad they are out there representing my country in such a fantastic way.

This poster was on a wall of the venue and outside of it. It was really big.

I was sitting near an aisle where security was walking along so I didn't even bother to take my camera out. But... I got my sister's camera out sometime at the end of the show... [image]
